New to Alabaster Oils Collection are custom handmade prayer mantles created by Hand to Heart Ministries. Each prayer mantle is custom made according to Kingdom Office and Position. From the Five Fold to children these Prayer Mantles are anointed for the purpose of prayer and intercession.

Call 1-330-479-9488Monday – Saturday from 8 am to 10 pm to place orders. Office is closed on Sunday. Visa and MasterCard Accepted. A $3.00 processing fee will apply with all credit card transactions.

Order by Mail/Fax

Orders can be mailed and we also accept orders via fax at 1-330-479-9488. Please send all orders to: Hand To Heart Ministries, 4449 18^th St. NW, Canton Ohio, 44708. Payments accepted are Company Check, Money Orders, Cashier Check or Personal Check. Please make sure your license number is clearly written on the top of the check. A $35.00 fee will be added to all returned checks.

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates are available in any denomination by calling 1-330-479-9488. If you wish to redeem a gift certificate, please call the number listed with your certificate number. Gift Certificates cannot be redeemed online.

Shipping and Handling

Expedited shipping and special handling instructions are available at an additional cost. Please call 1-330-479-9488 for a line quote. Our standard method of shipping is US Postal. Alabaster Oils reserves the right to choose the appropriate carrier based on customer needs, cost and delivery schedules. Certain products will incur additional shipping charges.

Overnight Shipping

Overnight delivery is available to most domestic U.S. zip codes for an additional surcharge. In order to qualify, the order must be entered by 1:00 pm on EST Monday –Friday. Order placed by 1:00 pm EST on Friday will arrive on the following Monday unless Saturday delivery is requested. Saturday delivery is available at an additional $25.00 in addition to the priority overnight shipping charge per address.

Standard Turn Around Time

 If ordering a Prayer Mantel it will take 4 weeks for delivery unless ordering as a rush order. Rush orders take 48 hours to turn around. Rush orders on Alabaster Oils and Prayer Mantles will incur an additional charge of $25.00.

International Orders

For international orders, please call 1-330-479-9488 for rates or email applingj@yahoo.com. Shipping charges are based on dimensional weight. Shipments outside the 48 contiguous United States may be subject to import charges and taxes which are the responsibility of the purchaser or recipient.

Ordering for Conferences 

To have prayer shawls designed  for your conferences as gifts for your speakers, please contact Hand to Heart Ministries six weeks in advance.

Backorders

If a backorder causes your order to be sent in more than one shipment, we pickup the cost of regular shipping on all shipments following the original order (excluding international orders). All oversized item charges apply.

Custom Orders

All custom orders are non-returnable.

Defective/Damaged Products

Although we carry high quality products, we recognize that sometimes there will be occasional defective or damaged unit that you should not have received. Within the first 14 days of the date you received your order we will be happy to replace or repair the item at no additional cost to you. Please call Alabaster Oils at 1-330-479-9488 and we will walk you through the return process

Returns

Due to safety issues, Alabaster Oils has a no return policy on all oils and candles.
