Ladies Night Out International Ministries is a 501C3 non-profit charitable organization that has been created to educate and commission women on how to be successful in every area of their lives through Godly fundamental principles and practices. Our organization helps women by teaching them on correct management of finances, on complete spiritual, mental and physical wholeness and on continuous education towards advancement.

Some of the programs LNO has established are: Empowerment Scholarship, Debt Release Program, Missionary Aid, Project Resource and LNO Blank Check. We strongly believe that these programs help benefit our community by healing a world of poverty through education and self-empowerment.

LNO Empowerment Scholarship: Provides two financial scholarships to single mothers. We believe that this scholarship is needed based on the astonishing numbers of young women who wish to have an opportunity to successfully desist from the use of public assistance and who have never had the financial funding necessary to go towards a higher education due to their social economics. We wish to provide an option for underprivileged single women with children who do not have access to grantor financial assistance.

LNO Debt Release Program: A financial assistance program that has been established to give women liberation of financial burdens due to circumstances beyond their control of due to lack of knowledge of how to successfully live within their means. It is our greatest desire to educate women on how to properly mange their finances therefore eliminating a generation of poverty. In this program we teach the women solid fundamentals of debt release and then provide them with financial help to alleviate some of their debts.

LNO Project Resource: This program helps women find jobs and financial assistance through creating resumes’ , providing gently used clothing and by uniting with other programs to find financial resources to pay utilities and rent. This program also has the LNO volunteers give donations for women who need emergency assistance who are part of the LNO Family.

LNO Blank Check: This program is done at every LNO conference. Each person attending puts money by their choice of $5 into a drawing envelope for two days. At the end of the conference during the evening assembly, we draw the winning envelope and every dime of this money goes to the person who’s name is drawn. This has helped women who did not have a dime benefit from the sharing of others and gives the audience a chance to think about someone else.

Ladies Night Out Women’s Conference: This ministry provides tremendous healing to numerous women on a yearly basis. This conference is especially designed for intimacy between the women. Each year we bring in international speakers and singers to minister to the every day women. We embrace their heart, their needs and help empower them to be all that they can be.

New Wine's Basketball Academy: This ministry helps children between the ages of 5 - 19 years to learn about team spirit, mentorship and Godly principles through basketball. This program also prepares children to sharpen their skills or develop skills in basketball. It is ran by Jeffery Appling and is offered to any child regardless of financial ability to pay.

United Women’s Ministry: This ministry unites the different denominations to come together once a year for a women’s retreat. Local leaders of women’s ministries meet once every two months to plan a yearly retreat filled with intimacy, laughter and love. This shows each women by the many different denominations coming together that there can be unity even though there are differences.

Tiffany Diamond Ministry

 
This ministry is for girls 12-19 and is being established to help them realize who they are, where they are going and how they are going to get there. This program builds the girls through mentorship, commitment, education, self-esteem and personal Godly development. Events that fall under this ministry are: Tiffany Diamond Retreat and the Tiffany Diamond Ball. This ministry counts on the local schools to give time each day for the girls to be taught and shown how to be the very best they can be.

Concerts and Theatrical Productions

This ministry has been established to bring International Christian Recording Artist to the city of Canton to help empower women to be more than what they see. The theatrical productions teach on life lessons by examining some of the main issues of women and bringing them to light. Over 1000 people attend these events. They are usually once a year.

Leadership Forum

This event is held to help educate leaders to better understand Kingdom Structure, Family Structure and Individual Structure. We bring in masters of various skills and levels to help educated leaders on the human mentality and spiritual strongholds that may plague ministries, government and regions.

Alabaster Oils

The Alabaster Oils are a collective group of specifically mixed Holy Oils that have been used in the Bible. The goal of creating these oils is to help God’s children have a more intimate experience with Christ Jesus, and to learn of their authority in the Kingdom of God. In addition, each oil has its own blend created to aid in enhancing your prayer time with God. God spoke to the Visionary and Founder of Ladies Night Out International Ministries and Co-Pastor of New Wine International Ministries, Apostle Lynnette Tiller Appling, to begin to create and mix oils for the ministry. His desire for the people who attend the events in which she is ministering, is to begin to understand the role of oils in their everyday life. As Apostle Lynnette continues on her journey of learning the healing elements of each oil, more will be added to the list. The Alabaster Oils are especially designed for one to learn how to effectively utilize each healing virtue to help heal their families, cities, children, schools, their marriages, personal relationships, their hearts, emotions, physical needs, their churches, communities, and their nation. These oils are also created to consecrate one for their calling as well as prepare one as disciples for kingdom work in the fields. Each oil has meaning and has been ordained by God to be used by the children of God. There are already numerous testimonies from people in which their faith has increased to bring in the miraculous. Healing, balance, financial gain, restoration and intimacy have all been reported to Apostle Lynnette Appling. Now is the time for the God’s children to understand their strength, their courage, their role and their mandate and activate the necessary keys that will open the door to their inheritance. One of these keys is learning about God’s oils and how effective they are in our everyday living. Currently, the Alabaster Oils are being sold in Bereans Christian Bookstore in Canton Ohio and at all the events that Apostle Lynnette Appling ministers. Alabaster Oil is now seeking Alabaster Representatives to sell the oils as a living. Use these oils everyday. Anoint your family, home and job. Anoint yourself during prayer and hard times or even during fasting and watch the glory of God transcend time to meet you in your moment of need.

Alabaster Magazine

This magazine has been created as a teaching tool for all women. International authors as well as everyday women write about their experiences to help women understand that they can overcome anything that life dishes out. It has been created for women who are searching to understand the cost of the anointing. The vision for the magazine is to provide a point of reference where women can find answers to everyday situations as  spiritual guidance. It is Apostle Appling's hope that people will find truth, insight, strength, love, encouragement, endurance and expasnion of mindset, spiritual understanding and Godly direction through words of the authors of this magazine. This magazine is printed every year and is sold at the events of Ladies Night Out and at Berean’s Bookstore in Canton Ohio.

Converting Youth To Christ

Converting Youth to Christ Resuscitation Meeting understands the needs of our youth, and will help teens comprehend their purpose in the Kingdom of God. This meeting is to bring God’s breath and identity back to the youth. The teens will learn how to cultivate a more personal walk with God while embracing healing from their deepest fears and most intimate wounds. This is the time for our youth to come alive again. We encourage every young person to be a part of this great conference especially created and designed to activate, cultivate and jump start their destiny in the Kingdom of God.

New Wine Bookstore

New Wine Bookstore is held in the church for everyone who wishes to purchase merchandise at a fraction of the cost to buy it in a retail store. This Bookstore carries a wide variety of teaching material that is readily available for the needs of the people.

Lions of Judah Mentorship Ministries

Lions of Judah Mentorship is for boys ages 7 and up to be trained and mentored in the Word of God to have social and living skills before marriage, work and school. Men of true valor will train  boys one on one to help bring them into manhood. Anyone can be a part of this program.

Men of Power Summit

Men of Power Summit is a meeting of the highest level to exchange ideas, discuss issues and establish Kingdom Building principles with our men.This summit is to help educate and unite men in understanding who they are, where they’re going and how they’re going to get there. The men will hear dynamic teachings from godly men who have successfully walked in the ways of the Lord. They will learn how to express themselves without loosing their identity. They will also experience the breakthrough anointing of the Holy Spirit that is needed for every men to succeed. While learning about God and His character, they will be challenged to become mentors for our young men and held accountable for their actions through each other. This will be a great time of fellowship, bonding, healing and connections.

Prophetic Dance Ministry

Prophetic Dance Ministry works in the elements of the prophetic within the realms of the a prophetic depiction. The delivery of prophecy whereby the prophet acts out the message oft underscore either in its immediacy or its manifest fulfillment. see Ezekiel 1-11 for clear examples of this funtion. Prophetic dance/drama serves the purpose of imposing a prophet's utterance upon our world without the hearer or the prophet having been physically exposed to its manifestation. In order to be a part of this ministry there is a lot of training one must grow through to understand the truth behind the dance.

Worship & Warfare Flag Ministry

Worship & Warfare Flag Ministry is used to describe the supernatural engagement of the prophet and the dark forces of creation in battle. Prophetic Warfare is conducted on behalf of creator God.  Whan a Warfare Flag is used it is the plenopotentiary prophet ascribing succes to the collaborative encounters with God and His deployment of military angels who assist in the confrontation with the enemies of God's people.In order to be a part of this ministry there is a lot of training one must grow through to understand the truth behind the dance.

Worship Team

The Worship Team at New Wine must be Psalmists. A psalmist is a singer of prophetic songs, hymns and dirges that contain futuristic, judemental, provocative, invocative and creative overtones. Psalmist may or many not be prophets. The distinction is whether or not their mantle operates ouside of musical settings or highly aesthetic environments. Also, the enforcement element of all prophets is required to provoke more than a musical and worshipful response. The psalmist must also have power to move the invisible agents of creation, God's angels, His spiritual ministers, etc. Their manifestations must also promote obedience and submission in routine prophetic operations. In order to be a part of this ministry there is a lot of training one must grow through to understand the truth behind operating as a Psalmist.

Naomi Ministries

Naomi Ministries is a mentoring program where each woman mentors another woman. This program will enable the women of God to have someone to reach out to and connect with for spiritual growth and accountability.

Hospitality Ministry

Hospitality Ministry will provide care for speakers, new members, pastors and guest to the ministry. Detailed information about this ministry will be located in a special pacakage.

Greeter Ministry

Greeter Ministry will greet the people at the door (gateway) of the church and make sure they have just entered into their new home or new place of dimensional transition.

Hospital & Shut In Ministry

Hospital and Shut In ministry takes the extra step of hospitality by going to the hospital or home and making sure the needs of a member are met. Such as cleaning the house, washing clothes and food for the week, transporation to doctor's appointments and so on.

Nursery Ministry

The Nursery Ministry serves ages 0 to 4 years of age and teaches the children the basic fundamentals about the love of Christ.

Children’s Ministry

The Children's Ministry serves ages 5 to 12 and progresses in the teaching curriculum of todays difficult situations that face children. It will also help the children transition into becoming a teenager thereby preparing them for adulthood.

Intercessory Ministry

Intercessory Ministry will consist of classes and training for true intercession of the church body, the ministries and the leadership of the ministries. Intercession is intervening on another's behalf by interposing oneself between two parties and thier difficulties or crises, ususally by prayer but also by means of aid, arbirtration or mediation. Intercessors will learn the variety ways of intercession, understand the sphere of influence and learn spiritual skill in warfare.

Armor Bearer Ministry

There will be a team of 6 Armor Bearers who will be trained accordingly for this position. This is an administration role for both Apostle Lynnette Appling and Pastor Jeffery L. Appling. This role is both a servant and steward of the ministry. As a servant they help the Pastors achieve what needs to be done and as a steward they protect the interest of the pastors of New Wine International Ministries. As ambassadors they represent the Pastors at all times. Armor Bearers are not elected but are appointed by the Pastor from congregants who are in good standing, who are tithers, and who love the church.

“The main function of one who is designated as an armor bearer is that of service . . . for the biblical armor bearer was much more than a hired hand. An armor bearer was a person who undoubtedly spent many years, if not one’s entire life, in the leader’s service.”

Duties of an Armor Bearer

• Must provide strength for the leader
• Must have a deep-down sense of respect for the leader, and acceptance for and tolerance of, the leader’s personality and their way of doing things
• Must instinctively understand the leader’s thoughts
• Must walk in agreement with and submission to the leader
• Must make the advancement of the leader the most important goal
• Must possess endless strength so as to thrust, press and force their way onward without giving way under harsh treatment
• Must follow directives immediately and correctly
• Must be a support to the leader
• Must be an effective communicator
• Must have a disposition that will eagerly gain victories for the leader
• Must have the ability to minister strength and courage to the leader

Each Armor Bearer must study Volumes 1,2 &3 of God’s Armor Bearer by Terry Nance and be fully versed on what this position entails. They will also study In The Spirit of Armor Bearing by Erma Brown. They will be required to take a coaching series online at armorbearercoachseries.com. There will be weekly meetings with the pastors and the pastors' secretaries in order to know the up coming schedule and duties.
